This Privacy Policy explains how our networking and relationship management CRM (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, stores, uses and protects information provided by users.

If the App provides contact import, QR code scanning, CSV import or business-card scanning, information may also be collected through those features with the user's permission.

2. How We Use Information

  • Organize and manage professional relationships
  • Remember where and how they met people
  • Manage follow-ups and appointments
  • Track potential partnerships and business opportunities
  • Organize companies and organizations of interest
  • Search and retrieve networking information
  • Maintain relationship history

We do not use private relationship notes or business information for advertising or unrelated purposes.

3. User-Controlled Information

The information stored in the App belongs to the user who entered or imported it.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful and appropriate basis to store personal information belonging to other individuals.

Users should avoid storing unnecessary sensitive personal information.

4. Business Cards and Uploaded Information

Users may upload photographs or digital copies of business cards.

Where optical character recognition (OCR) is used, the App may process the uploaded image to extract information such as names, company names, job titles, phone numbers and email addresses.

Users can review and edit extracted information before saving it.

5. Phone Contacts

If the App provides phone-contact import, it will only access contacts after the user grants the required permission.

The App should only import contacts selected or authorized by the user and should not access the user's address book without permission.

6. LinkedIn Information

Users may manually save LinkedIn profile URLs in the App.

The App does not claim ownership of LinkedIn content or affiliation with LinkedIn. LinkedIn remains a separate third-party platform.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored within the App against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and devices.

8. Sharing of Information

We do not sell users' contact databases or private relationship information to third parties.

Information may only be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure or improve the App, or where required by law.

Where third-party services are used for functions such as hosting, authentication, OCR, analytics or data storage, those providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the App's services or as otherwise required by law.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated information, subject to legitimate legal or operational requirements.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in secure backups before being permanently removed.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional networking and business use and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as cloud storage, authentication providers, calendar services, LinkedIn or other business tools.

Those services operate independently and may have their own privacy policies and terms.

Users should review the privacy practices of third-party services they choose to connect to the App.

12. International Data

Because the App may use cloud-based technology and service providers located in different countries, information may be processed or stored outside the user's country of residence.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

13. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights relating to their personal information, including the right to:

  • Access information associated with their account
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of information
  • Withdraw certain permissions
  • Request information about how their data is processed

Requests may be submitted through the contact details provided within the App.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, technology, legal requirements or our practices.

The updated version will be made available through the App and will include a revised “Last Updated” date.

15. Contact Us
