1. About the App

The App is a professional networking and relationship management tool designed to help users organize business contacts, networking relationships, companies, meetings, follow-ups and potential business opportunities.

The App is a productivity and information-management tool. It does not provide financial, legal, immigration, investment, recruitment or other professional advice.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Maintaining the security of your account and device
• All activity carried out through your account

You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons or use another person's account without permission.

3. Information You Store

You may use the App to store contact information, business cards, company information, LinkedIn URLs, notes, relationship history, meeting information and business opportunities.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission or lawful basis to collect, store and use personal information belonging to other individuals.

You must not use the App to store unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unnecessarily sensitive information.

4. Business Card and Contact Import

The App may provide features including:

• Phone contact import
• CSV contact import
• QR code scanning
• Business-card scanning and OCR
• Manual contact entry

You are responsible for reviewing imported or automatically extracted information before relying on it.

We do not guarantee that information extracted through OCR, QR codes, contact imports or other automated methods will always be complete or accurate.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or another user's account
• Abuse, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the App
• Use information obtained through the App for harassment, spam or unlawful purposes
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Use the App to violate another person's privacy or legal rights

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of information, notes, images, business cards and other content that you submit to the App (“User Content”).

By using the App, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, display and transmit your User Content solely to provide and operate the services.

We do not claim ownership of your contact database or business information.

7. Accuracy of Information

The App is designed to help organize information but does not independently verify the accuracy of contact details, company information, LinkedIn profiles, business opportunities or other information entered by users.

You are responsible for verifying information before using it for professional or commercial purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting, authentication providers, calendars, OCR services or other business tools.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or practices of third-party services.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The App may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security incidents or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Data and Backups

Although reasonable measures may be taken to protect and preserve your information, you acknowledge that no digital service can guarantee absolute security or permanent data preservation.

You should maintain appropriate backups of important information where necessary.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, interface, features and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled.

• Used the App unlawfully

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, completely secure, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose.

The App should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for important business, legal, financial or professional decisions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
